Vacation is officially over. To say that I'm dreading my return to the office this morning is putting it lightly. I don't mind putting my time in, but at the moment I can't see it leading to a place where I'll be fulfilled professionally
and personally. Call me crazy, but I don't think the two should be mutually exclusive, even for attorneys.
To lessen the blow of my return to reality, I've assembled a recap of my lovely and much-needed vaca! The weather was
perfect - some may hate humidity, but I don't mind it too much because I'm pretty sure my skin was loving it. After living in California for the last 5 years {
wow!}, I'd forgotten how much things GROW in the summer in New England - everything is green, green, green! And speaking of growing, my fabulous niece is shooting up like a weed!

| Niece SPS - looking fab in my sunglasses |

| Fun on Plum Island, Massachusetts {hats for all - we're a very sun-damage-conscious family} |
 |
| Niece SPS, Abby, and Grandpa's convertible |
 |
| Mum's hydrangeas. She has the best gardens! |
 |
| Brunch at the Friendly Toast in Portsmouth, NH with Montana Sister, Niece SPS, and Mum |
 |
| Shopping at Christine's Crossing in Rye, NH - this place has one of the best collections of home furnishings, antiques and art that I've ever seen. I'm returning next year with a truck. A big one. |

I'm ready to go back!

Love the Friendly Toast! So happy you had a lovely vacation.
Oh, you all look so pretty with that fabulous tan while we're freezing here in south of Brasil with lots of rain and cold.
Enjoy your summer vacations.
Hugs from Brasil
