Lake Street Creamery Truck

It is about 82 degrees here in LA.  And the Lake Street Creamery truck sidled up to the curb outside of my office building.  Coincidence? I'd prefer to say it was a sign.

Co-worker extraordinaire AMA follows @lakestreetcreamery on twitter, and as soon as she got the "last call" tweet, down we went.
Word's out about the fabulousness of this stuff - look who else has cozied up to the Truck of Goodness!

Close your eyes, dieters - I ordered a scoop of the Aztec Sacrifice.
Thank goodness I went running this morning.

"Hot, spicy chocolate in the tradition of the Precolumbian Americas. Made with Ghirardelli chocolate, chiles, cayenne, and the blood of a thousand virgins."  It's no joke.

We devoured our treats on the office deck, reveling in sugary spiciness and the bliss that is our weather right now.

My parents report that there will be a big snow storm tomorrow on the East Coast.
My question to them is: are you ready to move yet?

From the land of ice cream, Mad Men, palm trees and fabulous weather,
